Dom’s story
Dom grew up around plumbing and entered the trade as a New Jersey plumbing apprentice in 2000. Hands-on work became field responsibility. Field responsibility became supervision, service management, business ownership, operations, and executive leadership across plumbing, HVAC, and home services.
Along the way, he saw the same gap repeatedly: capable people were given greater responsibility without being helped to understand the internal work their new role required.
Liberatus Coaching was created to close that gap. The work begins with identity, builds awareness, and turns that awareness into ethical, consistent action.
The progression
Plumbing apprentice, service plumber, bathroom remodeler, and hands-on HVAC experience.
Responsibility for standards, outcomes, customers, and other people.
Field supervision, HVAC service management, sales, coaching, and operations.
Small plumbing company ownership and full accountability for the business behind the service.
General management in skilled-trades operations alongside leadership and personal coaching.
How the work connects
Liberatus Coaching is the parent company and philosophical home. Each path serves a different person and a different moment.

Most leadership and service problems are not communication problems first. They are identity, pressure, awareness, and consistency problems.
